My friend had these DELICIOUS little peanut butter chocolate things he called chestnuts and he gave me the recipe and I made them and they tuned out sweet so I thought I would share the recipe. It is very simple and does not require an oven. The recipe I have happened to make exactly 28 of these so I used 4oz of powder so there was 4g in each one but I'll give you the half recipe to make 14 seeing as most people will make it with just 1oz so each one will then only have 2g in each.
1/4 cup butter (half stick)
1/2 cup peanut putter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-2oz P. Galindoi shroom powder
first, make sure you leave the butter out on the counter for a bit because it needs to be room temperature. Next you mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and stir until it has the consistency and look of icing. It should be rather thick. Next, add the peanut butter and stir until the two are one consistency. finally, add the ROOM TEMP butter to the mixture and mix until it is again at one consistency. Now mix in the shroom powder and stir until you think it has mixed evenly and well. Now get out a baking sheet or even just a plate and put wax paper on it, if you don't have wax paper then just use aluminum foil or even some saran wrap. Now take out lumps of the mixture and start to roll them into golf ball sized balls. make sure to use a spatula as to retain as much of the mixture as you can. You should end up with around 13-15 balls which you will now put in the freezer for around 25 minutes. The last thing we are going to do is dip them in chocolate. put the chocolate chips in a double boiler (look it up if you don't know what that is) or just put it in a pan over the stove on LOW heat. Melt the chips and make them into a gooey liquid. Make sure you don't burn them, constantly stir them. By the time that is done you can pull the mixture out of the freezer, always error on leaving them in the freezer for longer rather than shorter, at LEAST 25 minutes. Now you are going to get some tooth picks and dip each ball in the chocolate. Do not cover the whole thing in chocolate, leave a circle maybe 1/2 inch diameter around the tooth pick as to give the chocolate the look of a chestnut. When all the balls have been dipped, put them back in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. Yum! don't forget to lick the spatula and bowl as to not miss out on any stragglers that got left behind. Store in air-tight container in freezer or fridge.

200g chocolate (cheapest bulk is samsclub nestle semisweet chips)
3.1oz of mush powder (a little extra because of any dust that is lost in the air)
If using nestle chips you will also need 4 teaspoons or so of vegetable shortening to thin it out enough. Dark chocolate and ghirardelli is already thin enough.
I use a medium sized pot with jar lids at the bottom for a double boiler. I have a 4.5qt kitchenaid mixer and its bowl is perfect size for large batches and nests in a pot so i dont even have to use jar lids to keep it off the bottom. Either way fill pot with hot tap water until 1/3 up the metal bowl full of chocolate. Don't overfill because any water that gets into the chocolate will ruin it. Same goes to make sure all utensils and bowls are completely dry.
Heat pot on medium low/low and stir every 5/10 minutes. When chips have fully melted add the vegetable shortening. It will take about another 15-20 min after chips have melted before chocolate is mixed well enough with shortening and hot enough to work with. Begin adding the dry mush powder. A kitchenaid mixer with a dough hook really helps with mixing it up as using a large spoon is tough and you may want to do smaller batches so it will mix easier. Once thoroughly mixed use a spatula to weigh out chocolate to 99g per 9-segment mold onto a small plate. Then scrape the chocolate into the mold with quick small strokes so as to pull it off the plate and not smear it (it will take some practice to get the feel of it). Use spatula to even the chocolate out from the center to the corners. When all bars are filled on the mold raise one end up and let it drop and smack on the table to tap it level. Keep switching sides and tapping mold so chocolate spreads evenly and is level. Put mold in fridge unstacked for 1.5-2 hours until it freely comes out. This will make a total of 3 bars with the 9-segment mold or any other molds with 2oz capacity per bar.
