First & foremost, I would like to thank every one of my future guests. Rest assured I take pride in my business & will do everything in my power to ensure a smooth transaction for the both of us. Also, personally it irritates me that I never know exactly where my product is coming from when I place an order on SR: I'd like my future guests to know that if you purchase from me, your product will be sent from a lower southeastern state, in the central time zone. I understand sellers can't/won't give their exact location for security reasons, but I want my guests to know just for added piece of mind :-).
Communication is most important in any transaction, even though most sellers tend to be less than exceptional in this category. You will receive an acknowledgement when you purchase something from me. In this acknowledgement I will provide you with an added email address that I've created solely for business purposes, that will be checked at least once every two hours on a daily basis. Packaging will be as discreet as possible.
In the event that a product is shipped overseas & doesn't reach it's destination, or if a customer simply doesn't receive their product, I will do everything in my power to get the product to you or you will receive a partial refund. I have to read up and study on tracking so bare with me on that, but tracking will be available soon.
