If you have been on SR for less than 90 days or have total orders less than $1000 contact me before you order so you don’t waste either of our time. If you have less than $500 spent on SR don't even waste the time in messaging me.
- The only thing I have time to decrypt is your address. Do not encrypt non sensitive messages.

- You must use the proper address format when ordering as it will be copied and directly pasted on to your shipping label. Use the two letter abbreviation of your state. Do not use all CAPS, the only things that should be capitalized are the first letter of each word and your 2 letter state abbreviation.


Shipping:

- The shipping cut off time is 9pm EST the day before the order will ship.
- Orders are typically but not always shipped out the next day if you order before 9pm EST Monday- Friday. Some Saturdays we are unable to ship out orders.
- Your order will be marked in transit the day it is shipped. Please do not ask me when your package will ship or when it will arrive. If it hasn’t arrived within a week of being it being marked in transit on SR then I will check the tracking for you.
- Shipping time is typically 2-5 days in transit. Lately some of the USPS Priority mail has been taking up to a week.
- All products are shipped from within the USA.
- At this time we are NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL.
- All orders are sent with tracking. This information is only given to the SR resolution center if the package doesn’t arrive.
