Q: Do you work on weekends?
A: No. All messages will be answered and orders processed during weekdays (Mon- Fri).

Q: How long will order processing usually take? How soon will you ship it?
A: Usually orders will be processed and mailed within 2-3 business days after receiving them. Orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q: Will you reship or refund my order if it was lost in transit?
A: No. I will not take responsibility for such a thing since that is beyond my control. Losing an order after mailing it is EXTREMELY uncommon, international order notwithstanding!

A: Yes, I ship everything except Cannabis products.

Q: My order is about to auto-finalize, but the package didn't arrive yet. What should I do?
A: Sometimes postage can take longer than anticipated, but it doesn't mean your package is lost. You can go in Resolution Center and push the date, this way money will still be in escrow and you could release funds when you actually get your order.

Q: What is the best way to smoke DMT?
A: Vaporizing DMT is tricky, but when you do it correctly you really need just a tiny bit to take-off.
To vaporize it properly and take care of the leaks, one of the best ways is putting it on a hot surface with a metal spatula (on a stove or hot charcoal) and chasing it with a straw (roll-up an A4 sheet of paper in the shape of a tube) just like you would smoke oil. It also works well with conventional Vaporizers like the Volcano when added on top of some weed or mint leaves (put the temperature on Max).
Glass pipe works pretty well too, but not as effective IMO.
