Shipping for all my items is free. Shipping is done via EMS speed post and takes 10-14 days for delivery. You can track the shipping online. It requires a signature on delivery. (If you're not at home on time of delivery, you may have to go to your post office to collect it.)

I won't be shipping orders to Canada, Sweden, Italy, Austria, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Netherland because packages sent there are getting stuck in customs.

If you're from those countries - may I recommend that you find a friend in UK? I can ship to your UK friend and he can ship to you. Shipments to UK enjoy a 100% success rate. And shipments from UK to other Euro countries have no problems in customs.

You could alternatively also use a forwarding service like myukmailbox.com.

If you can do neither of these 2 things, I can ship to my friend in UK who can forward the package to you. But it will cost $24 extra. And total delivery from India to UK to your address may take anywhere from 15-22 days (which means the order deadline may have to be extended).

Note: My UK friend will be on vacation from 26th June to 6th July. So I won't be able to process any orders via UK shipping from 13th June to 2nd July. If you place your orders between these dates, your order will only be processed on 2nd July.

Note for Canadian buyers: Canadian customs seems to have gotten stricter with mail coming in from India. I've paused shipping to Canada directly for the foreseeable future.

If you are from Canada, I would recommend you to use a USA based mail forwarding service like amforward.com - it'll increase your cost by $11.95 ($4.05 for USPS first class international mailing + $7.90 amforward.com's processing fee), but you'll receive the meds much quicker without worries.

I've heard your feedback and improved the packaging. I used to ship in flat green envelopes but am not longer doing so.

Meds are now shipped in 5*11 brown, bubble padded envelopes. With name printed on printer label and stuck on it. The customs form is marked as sample goods.

If you're from USA or Canada, then seeing the following entries is normal:

- Customs Retained Reason: Other
or
- Customs Retained Reason: Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner

Because *all* packages pass through the customs offices. If you read through the tracking entries closely, you will notice that this entry will have been made within *minutes* of the package entering USA or Canada.

As soon as the packages are de-loaded from the plane and their tracking code swiped, the status changes to retained by customs. So the entries are automatic and it doesn't mean that the customs office has opened your package or confiscated the meds.

If the above status doesn't change even after 7 days, then and only then could there be an issue.
