We have very few rules to follow but here they are:
- No shipping to Asia/Parts of Africa (Australia: depends on item)
- Be fair when it comes to feedback: If the package takes a day longer than you expected, please don't leave 4/5, or worse. We expect 5/5 on every order, and ask that if you are going to leave anything other than 5/5 to contact us beforehand. Anything less than a 5/5 is seen as a failure in SR's eye, and a failure in our eyes. We want every customer to leave completely, 100% satisfied.

5. Escrow policy
We offer 100% escrow on every order as long as you choose a DCN/Tracking option. If you dont pay for DCN/Tracking (~$3 more) you must FE, as we'll have no proof we sent it to you otherwise. If this is your first purchase on SR, we also politely ask you to FE. Again, as long as you choose a DCN/Tracking included listing, full escrow is provided :)
