You do not need to have chemistry experience to do this work. You do need to be able to learn and teach yourself as you go along. It helps to have an understanding of chemistry but you do not need to be a chef to master a single dish over time.

There is a TON of information online about drug synthesis, even a lot of step by step guides just like mine. A lot of time this information is accurate but just a bit outdated, with new techniques and methods becoming better. I suggest future customers take a look at the guides published online. Not only will you learn some cool chemistry techniques but you will start to get an understanding of the tradeoffs of various methods. All of my methods are optimized for two things: Easy to get chemicals and the ability to scale the reactions up to industrial levels. My techniques are written totally by me and are not copys of something you can find on google.

Here are some free resources for chemistry, once you do your research you will see that my methods are sound and superior to many guides you will find for free.

(p.s. Be wary of information published about LSD synthesis, a lot of the information is outdated, requires dangerous chemicals or is just pure misinformation, especially in the case of ergot cultivation)

Zubrick chemistry manual, this is the go-to manual for setting up organic chemistry experiments for generations of chemists. The first 184 pages are really all you need. This book talks a lot about laboratory safety and is a must read for anyone about to perform a synthesis.

MIT open courseware, this is a great resource for anyone that wants to learn a little more about organic chemistry or lab techniques. Organic chemistry 1+2 is not really needed until you try to develop your own synthesis methods but the Lab course is great for learning lab basics.
