Refunds are only issued @ 40% and that is if you can provide proof it was seized AND refunds only apply to customers that pay for xpresspost shipping which come with tracking..regular shipping does not come with tracking so you cannot provide any proof for that.
I do not offer reship to AUS, Russia, Sweden or EU your customs is very sticky because if the first batch was seized chances they will be alert..however as stated above if you paid for tracked shipping and can provide proof of the seizure I will offer you a 40% refund..I must cover my expenses as well..we both take a risk.
