Using your real name might prove itself helpful if you need to pick up your package from the post/leasing office. But again, it’s up to you.

We will not be responsible for packages that you were not able to retrieve for any reason.


Shipping


All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class Monday through Friday. We don't offer Express anymore.

If you need your package to be sent out First Class specifically, please include your request with your address and we will ship First Class.

We currently do not ship internationally

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Cutoff for next day shipping is 6PM EST, but if things are busy processing may still take up to 48 hours

We cannot provide you a tracking number unless it’s already been a week since your order shipped for safety reasons. However if you send us a message we will gladly check it and update you on the status of your package (If it's been more than four days)

If your order has been marked “in transit” then it’s on its way already. No order/address/shipping method changes are possible at this point

We use discrete packaging that should fit in a regular sized mailbox. Our packages DO NOT require a signature.



Communication

It’s strongly advised to use PGP when communicating any sensitive information such as addresses/DCNs. You can find our public key on the bottom of our vendor profile.

Feedback
5/5 feedback is expected on all orders. If there is a problem with your order just let us know and we will try our best to resolve the issue. Any attempt to blackmail with bad feedback will result in your account blacklisted on forums and you won't be able to order again.

Don’t give us bad feedback because your package was delivered late. Very rare, but happens. USPS does mess up sometimes and there’s nothing we can do about it. We will try our best to ship your order same day.

Please let us know if there’s a problem with your order. If it*s our fault we will make things right, no matter if you finalized or not.

Payment
We accept ONLY bitcoins as a payment method.

Refunds

We’ve been shipping outside SR for years and never had any issues. So, no refunds unless it was our mistake. We are not USPS and can only promise you that we will ship your order professionally packaged and in timely manner. The rest is not in our hands. Refunds and reships at our discretion.
