EXPRESS ORDERS: Be aware that international express requires a signature and it cannot be waived by me. Domestic express requires a signature by default, which can be waived, but sometimes the clerks don't catch it and it still goes into the computer as needing a signature. After an issue with a customer over this, I have gone and pre-checked the waive signature box on every express form that I have, so if it shows up and they ask for a signature, just tell them to look at the label.

*ADDRESSES
I took a moment to educate myself about proper formats for addresses and was surprised to learn that I was wrong about a couple of things. I try to bring addresses up to spec as I can, but I would much prefer to receive the official address from you. A few things that jumped out:
-All Caps
-No punctuation
-One space only between city and state
-Two spaces between state and zip

Please protect your address and all sensitive information with PGP. There are plenty of easy-to-use encryption apps out there such as Cleopatra (Linux & Windows), Portable PGP (has option to create a runs-anywhere USB stick), and there's a few apps for Android like APG. If you include your public key, my reply will be encrypted unless the reply contains nothing that could be considered private. If you want me to be extra-paranoid, just ask. I only give out tracking numbers if there is a problem and I will encrypt them if you give me your public key - please keep this in mind if we start to troubleshoot a delivery.

They could be retaining messages or sending copies to the DEA for all I know. PGP is open source - you can go look at the source code yourself to see what it does.

I do my best to ship all orders the same day, but it does not always happen. If you choose express shipping, that does not guarantee that it will go out that day - like I said, I do the best I can, but sometimes it won't be until the next day. You can always PM me and ask. International orders are unlikely to ship the same day due to the extra care that must be taken with them.
