q: How should your products be taken?
a: My products work best if taken on an empty stomach. Fill your mouth with water, put the capsule in your mouth, wait a few seconds for it to adsorb water and soften, and swallow. This will prevent the capsule from sticking to your esophagus, as a few customers have found the pills to be rather large (00 capsule).

q: Why are your products expensive?
a: I use only bioidentical (or better) vitamins and metabolites, which are many times more expensive than the cheap, synthetic, often toxic substitutes found in >99% of nutritional supplements.

a: I try to ship every day, but there will sometimes be periods of several days when no orders will be sent out.

a: My products are legal in the United States, since they contain only uncontrolled substances that are not considered drugs. Some of the ingredients may be considered 'drugs' in other countries, but as far as I know none of the ingredients are 'controlled substances' anywhere.

q: How many capsules should I take?
a: The capsules are designed so that one should be effective for most people in most cases, although you can safely take several or mix the capsules. 4 capsules per day is the recommended upper limit, although adverse effects are still uncommon at that level.

q: Do you do bulk orders?
a: Not at present. I can give you a discount if you buy several bottles, though.
