If you have 3 or less transactions, or you haven't spent more than $100 bucks you will be required to F.E. no ifs ands or buts about it.
This is the policy I enforce to keep from getting scammed.

I am MrReseller I've been handling my business here for a while now and I feel comfortable saying that I am a good and honest vendor. My rating should speak for itself, granted I can't make every one happy, but I do my best to try.

I don't have pgp anymore, the way I store everything makes it a hassle to keep the same key so I use privnote for my shipping addresses.

So here are some rules for ordering from me

1. There will be NO reship/refunds for orders that have domestic selected as there shipping option.

2. I have the choice to confirm or cancel any order
I choose too.

3. If you are using a fake name its not my fault if you're package doesn't make it, my packaging skills are great, there is no need for you to use a fake name. Again this falls under the NO RESHIP category.

4. If I check DCN and you messed up the address I will NOT be held responsible for that, addresses are c&p, so double check before placing you're order with me.

5. I am a good person and I am always willing to work things out, So if you have some negative feedback I would like to ask that you send me a message first and let's see if we can come to a resolution. Us vendors rely on our rating so please don't leave me bad feedback for something that is really out of my control, once I package and drop it in the box. It's left up to the PO to get it to you. I do my part 100 percent.

6. I will not give out any samples or freebies so please dont message me asking, like I stated earlier I have been vending here for awhile now so I should have to prove myself to NO ONE.

7. Scammers and officers of the law and such please don't order from me I hate the BS and I would rather not deal with it.

8. Please remember that I have a real life aswell as an online life and that my real life tends to be more important then what I have going on here.

9. All orders are subject to a 90 percent restocking fee. If you order you better plan on receiving because I dont have time to waste with people that place an order then back out.

Any special sales and all express shipments are required Finalize Early. The reason for this is because TOO many times have I gone out of my way to get a ride, and actually walk into the post office with a illegal package and people have just left me hanging and let it goto Auto Finalization. I cannot afford that. So if you have a problem with this please do not order. It will save you and I both a hassle that is unnecessary.
If you are not comfortable with my rules plz save us the hassle and dont order!
