If you order it track and traced, don't ask for the tracking code for the first 10 days, it is too much work chatting around here.
If after 10 days your parcel is still not there, then you will give your tracking code to see what's up.

scared by my "low" rating?
that is because of the no refund thing.
I got a success rate of approximately 98% with post, and if 2% gives you 1 rating ouf of 5, that means a low rating.
I must say however that until now (23-6)
not even 1 tracked package got lost yet.!
So again, small orders without tracktrace at own risk, and don't complain if you are with the 2% please.

added the track and trace option for orders from 100gram, so you may choose that if you want to have right on a refund.

in case you don't finalize, I will still process your order, and still won't give refund in worst case scenario's, so please, DONT ORDER if you dont agree with my new terms.

if you want to secure yourself, then just pay for the track and trace and then you will get 50% refund.





** tTracked orders will get 50% refund in case something happens, because we will both have proof with track and trace if it does not arrive. **


From now on, the only solution I see not to get scammed anymore, is not giving anymore refunds for non-tracked orders.
(this counts for new orders, old orders will be processed through old agreements.)
And because of this new rule, there is also no point in waiting to finalize as there will be no refund anyway, so orders only accepted after releasing funds.


Im sorry it has to be like this, but its the only workable way for me.

Q:"Can I have the track and trace code?"
A:Only for orders of 1kg+, and if thats the case you will get it anyway, no need to ask.

Q:"Can you add a small sample with my order?"
A:No, all items are prepacked now, so I cant add anything else, or remove anything, so no custom orders.
