Express shipping should take 1 to 2 Business days where as standard could be anywhere from 4 days to a week after package has been marked "in transit" International orders should take 8 to 10 days after marked "in transit"

Please contact us In regards to any refund we will be offering a refund of 50% or a re-ship when applicable (*will not issue refunds unless product has not arrived!!), we have in the past given out full refunds but half the time we don't know when it's the postman who's lost the order or if some people at the other end are not being honest, Regardless we still have to pay for product and shipping so we need some form of security. sorry for any confusion
