UK shipped orders will be vacuum sealed, double sealed if necessary (i.e. sending to AU or high risk countries) and sent out first class, which does not require signature on arrival. Processing time is typically under 48 hours. Domestic Shipping, 3 - 5 days. International shipping, 10 - 15 days, depending on destination country.

CN shipped international orders will be sent via courier (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc). Processing time is typically under 48 hours. Shipping time, 10 - 15 days, depending on destination country.

US domestic orders will be sent with DCN tracking. Processing time is typically under 48 hours. Shipping time, 3 - 5 days.

Please do not be alarmed if your order status is still "processing", it sometimes takes us a little time to update the status. This does not however mean that we have not received your order, so please don't panic.

Conditions on our reship policy are as follows:

Most bulk orders will always be shipped using a trackable service and if we view any problem with the shipping we will offer a 25%-100% one time reship, depending on item and destination country. We offer 100% reship on tracked shipments to the USA and UK; due to the great dificulty of shipping to Australia and poor tracking serivces therein, we will now only offer 25% reship to this destination; and across Europe and Asia we will offer between 50% and 100% reship, depending on product, and destination country. If necessary, please ask for clarification on your country's shipping policy.

It is near impossible to send items from UK with tracking, so please note, no items ship from the UK with any sort of tracking, and thus can not be covered by this policy.

If you are a long term customer of ours, we are always willing to discuss any issue you may have and do everything in our power to make you happy.

We do not have a refund policy on shipped items. The only time you will be eligable for a refund is in the very rare circumstance that we have made an internal error and must cancel your order. We really do not want to implement a F/E policy here, as we have never used it in the past and it is unfavourable for everyone, but please understand that by placing an order with us, you accept these conditions.
