- Remember to always use PGP encryption in case of sensitive information like address, but don't use it in messages that haven't got anything sensitive inside. Also, don't include your public key inside encrypted message, but instead place it outside.

- We won't send anything with tracking number if the item you're ordering hasn't got 'Registered Mail' delivery option.

All of our products come straight from the sources. We do not order anything from "China labs", we personally know people who synthesize our phenetylamines. Our changa is always made by ourselves.

Shipping is processed 2-3 times per week.

We always send our products as priority letters. Larger orders will be split into multiple letters. Labels are printed and products are vac-sealed. We ship from EU, but not Netherlands (so it's less likely that your order will be confiscated by customs). We would prefer that our country of origin is not discussed on the boards nor in comments.

- at the moment we do not demand early finalizing, when we ship to EU, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Any other country - you will have to finalize early.
- we won't be sending untracked orders to Russian Federation anymore, as around 75% of parcels didn't make it for unknown reasons (we assume they were probably lost or stolen by Russian Postal Service). You will have to pick registered mail option if you are from Russia - sorry for the inconvenience.
- any other country - we will send your order, if you finalize early. If the package doesn't arrive, you will get 30% refund or 50% reship.
- we also demand early finalizing, when your refund rate is above 20% or you have less than 5 successful transactions on SilkRoad.
