2. PACKAGING & SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If there is a delay I will contact you and make up for it. :-)

When an order is marked IN-TRANSIT it means your order has been dropped and is no longer in my hands.

I will never mark an order in-transit before shipping it.

All packages will be VAC SEALED (Except LSD) and STEALTHILY prepared. Every package will have printed labels and a real company name will be used for the return address.

If you have a preferred stealth method you would like to use, feel free to message me and I will be happy to try and work with you.

Or if you have previously received an order from me and think you have a better stealth method, Please don't hesitate in contacting me.

EXPRESS POST will be used for ALL orders and for security reasons I will not be giving out the tracking details unless there is a problem with delivery.

Sometimes Express post will take three working days to arrive. Please be patient. If this time has passed and your order has not arrived, get in contact with me and I will supply the tracking number.

3. FAILED SHIPPING / REFUNDS

I will only work with EXPRESS POST or TRACKED SHIPMENTS.

On rare occasions you may have to go and collect your order from the post office. Don't stress! You will not have to give a signature. My stealth is very professional and you have nothing to worry about.

If the tracking details are showing that your package has been DELIVERED OR AWAITING COLLECTION FROM POST OFFICE and you contact me claiming your order has not arrived or you don't want to pick it up. There will be NO REFUND OR RESHIP.

I think this is fair, because there is proof that I have done my part and shipped your order.

If your order's tracking details display (NO EVENTS FOUND) on the Australia Post website and you make a claim of a non arrival. I will only offer a 50% REFUND IN THE RESOLUTION CENTER. We have to share the risk.

In the highly unlikely event that something has gone wrong for example lost or stolen shipments. We share the loss and a 50% refund will be supplied through the resolution center. Sorry no reships.

I take my vendor rating seriously. It is in everyone's best interests to be satisfied and happy with every transaction.

If you don't contact me first before leaving bad feedback. Your user name will be recorded and I will NEVER do any future business with you.
Your user name may also be shared with other vendors on the bad buyer thread in the vendors forum.
