1. General

Q: What countries do you ship to ?
A: From now on we will only accept domestic orders (Germany)

Q: Do you speak German ?
A: Yes we do ;-)

Q: Will I have to FE when ordering from you?
A: No...check my FE/Refund section below

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer/credit card/WU/... ?
A: No the only payment option we accept is BTC.

Q: Can you make a custom listing for me ?
A: Sure I can do that. If you are interested in large amounts just contact me and we will work out a good deal. Please do not ask me for a custom listings of 2g of Speed and 1g MDMA.. in that case simply use the regular listings.


2. Shipping

Q: Has my order been sent already ?
A: I will mark the order in transit as soon as it has been forwarded to the shipping base. We send out orders EVERY day at 8am and 4pm.

Q: What is your packaging like ?
A: We usually use bubble envelopes for regular mail shipments or XS DHL Packsets for DHL shipments. We use double-vacuum sealing to make sure no smell will come out. If you have a special wish for the packaging just send us a message and tell us how you would like your order to be packed. Please also add "special packaging" below your delivery adress when placing your order to make sure we won't forget about it.

Q: How long is the delivery time ?
A: Shipping time is 24-48 hours. If you have placed your order before noon you will most likely receive it on the next day.

Q: Can I get a tracking number ? Will I have to sign for the shipment ?
A: Small orders (up to 10g of speed , 5g of MDMA and 2.5g of heroin) will always be sent as regular mail shipments. You will not get a
tracking number and you will not have to sign for the shipment. Larger orders will always be sent as registered mail shipments (Einschreiben) or in case you want to use a Packstation we can also send your order via DHL parcel. Those shipping options come with a tracking ID and you will have to sign on delivery.



3. FE/Refund policy

- I will NEVER ask my customers to FE, even new members without any transaction history will not have to FE
- If your order should not make it to you for whatever reason I will ALWAYS offer a full reship or a full refund
