Important Policies:

1. At this time, we are not accepting any orders from outside the USA. New customers with under 5 purchases or under $100 in total purchases may be required to finalize prior to shipment. Accounts that have under 1 month membership time may be required to finalize early. Orders from accounts with over 5% refund rate will not be accepted unless you message us first and are willing to FE. Taking these such orders are riskier, so if you are in one of these groups and are not okay with FE, message us first and we can discuss options.

Please remember: I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND ANY ORDER AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. If you're an asshole to me, your order will be cancelled, and you will be put on my public shit list. Be nice, use your manners, and treat vendors like you want to be treated. We're people too. We have good days and bad days.


2. NO REFUNDS. Once you hit order, your order will be processed and sent to the address you provide. Do not assume that there will be time to cancel an order or change the shipping address we cannot guarantee that we can meet these request. If the order has NOT been packaged and gone out with the shipper, then yes, we can make changes. We strive to ship very fast, so make sure everything is correct BEFORE you submit the order. We start processing an order within minutes most of the time.

We obviously cannot cancel order that were already sent, and we cannot cancel orders just because you don't want it anymore. This is an SR rule... its just how it works. The only time SR allows you to cancel an order is if the vendor takes longer than 4 days to confirm your order. In this case, we will not penalize you if you do so, and you may feel free to reorder at any time.

Reships are offered to customers who can prove that their order was lost due to our error. Due to the fact we do not sell any controlled items, we do not expect to ever have an issue with orders being "lost". The chance that someone is trying to scam us is MUCH higher than the chance that an order really did not arrive. If you want tracking on your item, order priority shipping. We do not offer any refunds on untracked orders. If you want to buy from us, you must agree to this.


3. DCNS are not for you to track your order and are not so you can ask me every day to check it for you. If you have some special reason and you need me to check it, then just ask. For security reasons, DCNs are NOT given out unless there is a problem with an order, and then I will release them only to SR admins. ***Orders without a DCN are not eligible for refunds/reships.*** We have never had to release a DCN due to an order dispute :)


4. Shipping times:

- Order processing times rage from 1hr to a maximum 4 days. Average is 12hrs.

- Shipping usually of on hand items usually takes 2-5 business days after item is in placed in transit, but can take up to 10-15. If your order does not arrive after 12 days, place let us know.

- If we need to order an item from our wholesaler, it may add 5-7 days to shipping time. If this is a problem, simply message us prior to ordering to discuss this as we might be able to speed things up. Items included are some hookahs, the herbal relaxation brownies, the herbal pain relief drinks.

- If you waive insurance on your order and it arrives with a broken item, please contact us. While it is your responsibility and we cannot refund you, we will work with you to get a replacement ASAP. Please do not waive insurance then expect us to refund your order for items damaged in transit. We make it very clear that if you waive insurance, you take full responsibility for the package once in courier's hands.

- We both have real jobs, and we cannot get on SR everyday. We will usually get on every Monday, and at least one other day, probably Wednesday or Thursday. We will fill all orders on those days, and ship them out same day or next day if we can't make it to the post office same day.

5. Once your order has been received, packaged and handed to my shipper, it will be marked in transit. I will not mark an order in transit if it has not begun its journey to its new loving home. We hate when vendors do it to us, so we do your best to keep it legit. At the same time, try to understand that we have lives too... There are rare occasions when an order may be delayed a few days. Its not the end of the world, so just take a deep breath. We aren't a stickler for finalizing the order right away, so take your time on that shit (unless its a big glass order, then please finalize that shit ASAP). But yeah, its all good; just make sure to finalize before it autos, cause that will fuck up your account!

6. Payments are only accepted in BTC. No MoneyPak, no Western Union, no AlertPay/Paypal. Only BTC. If you need help buying bitcoins, or if you are confused about something, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Extended consulting credits do not expire. We mainly do lab consulting, but I will help you with any aspect of your life. Just ask for a quote. I consider myself a pretty smart guy, so maybe I can help you with something you've been having trouble with. Give you some relationship advice. Or if you just want to talk to someone. Contact me and I'll give you a quote. If you actually are reading this, good job. I figure most people don't even read what I put here sometimes. Tell me you read this, and I'll give you a freebie or do something nice for you. Consulting quotes are only valid until they expire. After that, you must submit for a new quote. We quote by the job or you can have us on call for a period of time.
