SR has finally overcome the attacks!! so we have finally been able to t access our account. All orders that had been placed prior to the downtime have now been packed, shipped and marked as in transit and you should be receiving your items very soon if not already. ;)

3.PACKAGING:

We use the most highest and newest techniques of STEALTH packaging and all items are vacuumed packed and heat sealed so there is no smell and all items are professionally labelled and sealed.

When sending your address please ensure you use the correct format including capital letters etc, and also state the country you are in ( UK not needed) so we can post with ease.

4.CUSTOM ORDERS:

We have no problem if customers would like to request for a custom order or if they wish for products to be sent in a specific way e.g. gift wrapped :). Just inbox us your request and we will see what we can do.

8.DELIVERY METHODS:

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BY ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS EVERYDAY.

UK & MAINLAND
All orders placed before 7:00pm will be posted and shipped same day and we aim for next day delivery however this is not guaranteed due to postal issues which are out of our control.

EUROPE & USA
All orders placed before 7:00pm will be posted and shipped same day and expected delivery is between 3-9 days.

REST OF THE WORLD
All orders placed before 7:00pm will be posted and shipped same day and expect delivery to be within 7-15 days depending on location.

Please allow an additional 2 days extra for orders placed on Friday or weekends as they will be processed and shipped the next working day which will be on the Monday.


In case of seasonal interruptions such as national/bank holidays or extreme weather conditions such as snow an update will be given.
