Delivery costs are included for all small domestic orders.

Remember, if we all treat the postal systems of the world as if no-one were to ever know we were using it, we will continue to enjoy its services in its current format for a very long time.

Our philosophy is one of sterile practice. Expect airtight packaging where
appropriate, clearly printed labels and securely sealed envelopes which will fit through your mailbox.

If you have a specific service requirement, please ask and we'll do our utmost to accommodate you.

In the years I personally have been mailing items around the UK for various means, the ONLY item I have ever had go missing was sent Special Delivery, an insured guaranteed next day service. Getting Royal Mail to replace the item was a nightmare also. However, in comparison, not one 1st or 2nd class item has ever been lost in hundreds of non-SR transactions.

3 - #CC3C# - ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

For UK orders, we post daily with the exception of Sunday.

The cut offs for domestic UK services are as follows:

Mon-Fri: Orders placed by 13:00 GMT will be posted same day for inclusion in
the afternoon collections.

Sat: Orders placed by 09:30 GMT will be posted same day for inclusion in the
midday collections.

According to Royal Mails statistics, over 90% of these items will be delivered
next day, or Monday in the case of Saturday collections.

International post is serviced three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The above cut-off times apply.

If you require your package to be marked in a specific way (within reason), just
ask.

4 - #DD4D# - REFUNDS AND RESENDS


Refunds and Resends are dealt with on a case by case basis, though we want to underscore that it is in our best interest to ensure that you get what you ordered. If a resend is not possible, the most we are willing to offer is a 50% refund.

We are willing to go straight to SR arbitration and wait things out, so if you are looking for a "pump and dump" type hustle, look elsewhere. Remember, it is in our best interests to get you what you want and will work with you as best as our circumstances allow.

Please read the item description carefully as all our items will be listed in as
much detail as possible to help you make your purchase decision.

Remember what I said about Special Delivery above: Experience shows that letters and parcels going missing repeatedly between two points is a statistical improbability. Please don't play us, as we will pick up our toys and go home.

We run a business, not a charity. As such, we retain the right to cancel an
order, return any sent monies in full or just choose not to trade with any
entity if we feel that, for any reason, trading with that entity would harm our
business.

We hope this right is invoked rarely, but be aware it can happen. If this
occurs, you can expect an explanation. If you don't get one, either something bad has happened to us, or you have breached the limits of what we consider a friendly business relationship. This is pretty much what you would get from us in real life too, regardless of the commodity or service being traded.

If you don't like this idea, please do not buy from us. You are NOT our target clientele and we are OK with that.
