I am sure that there are a few of you out there who are red-faced about not yet having their orders and not having messages answered. For this, I am truly sorry. I can either fill orders or answer messages right now, but can't do both and I know that sucks.

Due to the nature of our business, we have had to adjust certain procedures (for YOUR safety and our own) and because of that we have never been so backed up. It will be until the end of he week where I feel that we will finally be caught up again. (so if you are placing a new order, please know that it can't go out until this weekend or the first of next week)

I wish there was a way to write everyone individually and explain their specific situation and whether their order is out or still being processed.

I have a bunch of cluster-F**** issues that I need to get resolved for a few people and the adding of 20 unread messages into my in-box by the hour is making it hard to prioritize matters. PLUS, my tor is running so slow it takes 2 minutes to just OPEN a message.

NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We have recently had some issues with Global Priority and Express shipments, but have achieved a 100% delivery rate on almost 100 orders with this method!

We do require FE (early finalization) on any order outside the US and Canada using Air Mail, simply because there is no tracking number to verify delivery using this method. Transit times to the EU are averaging just under 10 days, but several have arrived in just a week, while several more have taken almost 3.

We can comfortably ship anywhere in the world now and our method of packaging is the reason for our perfect record to date. We are limiting international orders right now to 50 pills to ensure delivery success. If you need 200, just order 4 x 50 pills because we are rock-bottom on Int'l shipping prices.

***21's TWELVE RULES***

1. Please don't ask for tracking info. I only give it to SR Vendor Support if there is an issue.

2. All mail is not created equal. USPS is unpredictable and can sometimes take 2 days, or sometimes take 5 days. Other times, it can even take longer, or even shorter (record is 1 day for quickest). I always strive to get orders out within 24 hours of them being placed. Once it has left my hands it is up to the USPS. "In Transit" means your order is on it's way to your destination.

3. We use Delivery Confirmation. If your item shows delivered you WILL NOT GET A REFUND

4. You will NEVER have to sign for any order I send you.

5. If for some reason your tracking comes back as UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED we will not be able to give you a refund or re-ship (we copy and paste the address you give us). Do NOT use fake names, double check your address/zip code, etc.

6. When you receive your order, FINALIZE. It does not take much work and it SUCKS having money tied up in SR escrow. Repeat offenders/17-day-wait-auto-finalizers will be banned.

7. If for some reason there is an issue with anything, PLEASE contact me before you ruin my vendor reputation with a feedback less than a 5/5. I will always do everything possible to resolve issues to your satisfaction (you will be banned from ordering with us if you cannot stay professional)

8. If you want to order bulk (100+ pills) contact me, and we may be able to work something out depending on my current supply. For the most part what you see is what you get.

9. If you would like a custom order, please ask and I will do my best to accommodate you.

10. If you are worried about your parents/roommates intercepting your package, or are under the age of 18: DO NOT order from me.

11. I will not bow down to any tactics of scamming or extortion which seems to have become the norm recently. ALL my listings are accurately described with pictures in order to avoid any confusion.

12. When ordering with us make sure we are sending the packages to a good address. DO NOT SEND ANYWHERE THAT A PACKAGE MIGHT BE INTERCEPTED (ie: your next store neighbors porch, abandoned houses, etc. Below is an example of how we want your information to look.
