Hey Guys! Just writing a quick news post about 'advancedlabs', a buyer who placed an order with me, and requested a full refund after I explained the delays we were having at the time with an apology and the option of refunding or shipping out the delayed order. Opting for the former, I gladly obliged, as my customers know I always honour nondelivery with 100% refund; even lettermail.

Also it's worth noting that I don't ever ask people to change their feedback scores... Period. I don't care about this particular feedback score, as I know it's a scammer, and I know that most people are trustworthy [HINT: Our feedback rating] and more intelligent than 'advancedlabs'. As an optimist, I see this feedback as a deterence for others with less than half a brain from odering from me. So thanks, advancedlabs for your feedback, and we look forward to not serving you again! We have plenty of wonderful clients who are fucking awesome that we would rather spend our time catering to.

American orders sent from our US East-Coast satellite location in limited products and inventory are awaiting the arrival of some equipment from overseas. In the meantime we will still be mailing to the US with Canada Post's 'Tracked Packet' service, which comes with a Tracking Number/DCN sent to you when your order ships. Signing should never be required; although you should be aware of national/state law before importing to ensure that you are purchasing our products legally. Some states have reportedly banned phenazepam, but since this information is obscure to us, in that we do not keep track of each state's laws when shipping from Canada; but we do follow federal shipping laws. This week we had many bulk orders and decided it was time to expand our office to supervise more employees at once.

The problem we had this week, causing our absence for a few days was caused by my ISP blocking the few gateway VPNs that I use as intrusive external ports. (advanced packetdection allows ISPs to slow traffic from certain IPs, and international ones are usually targeted. The tracking packets they use to monitor this generally do not collect information, but have potential to where a user is unprotected by law). We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

*No private information was compromised during this situation.

Our new office once fully equipped will allow us to process orders quicker and possibly even reduce prices further at higher volumes.

All of our products are produced from chemicals that are 99%+ pure. In order to ensure our dosages are accurate, we add the excipient (binding agent) microcrystalline cellulose(USP grade) to dilute the chemical, creating a homogenous mixture before putting them in capsules. This shipping method is available for legal substances and will come to you as regular lettermail (or Xpresspost if chosen), with the contents labelled with the necessary information as is required by law. This method is cheapest and you bear no legal risk, as you are receiving legal products. Xpresspost to USA requires a signature, so we have chosen to use the Tracked Packet service from Canada Post, which will include tracking and delivery confirmation.
