Shipping Policy:
We try to get all orders that have come in by 11 AM shipped out by early afternoon 5 days a week, & quite often on Saturdays as well. We don't guarantee shipping on weekends as we have to take time out sometimes as well. Orders that come in after 11 am pacific time MAY or MAY NOT not get shipped out until the next day.
We will be using USPS Priority mail MOST of the time for the exception of 1/8's, & they will go out First Class, & take a day or two longer. WE ONLY SHIP DOMESTIC, LOWER 48 STATES ONLY (USA). We also put DCN'S on every order so we can make sure it gets there safely, but it is for our protection, not to send out for tracking (they quite often don't keep the info about the package up to date anyway). We’ve been shipping outside of SR for several years and have never had an issue.



Once again, don't finalize unless we specifically request it. We don't give refunds either, first of all if we fuck up, we will reship at our expense. If the package does not arrive, odds are the customer did not get something right on their address, and all we do is copy and paste from the address that you guys give us. The other possibility is that the postal service fucked up; either way it is not a perfect world, and we are not liable for you or them fucking up, so no refund! Besides refunds do not look good on your stats as a buyer. In just under 1000 transactions, we have only had 4 delivery issues using the postal service. Out of 4, 2 were undeliverable because customers fucked up their addresses(not too much we can do about that), and both of the other 2 had verification of delivery, one wouldn't fit in the apartment box and was left out and walked away, and the other one they told us it didn't get delivered(not our fuckup either).
