Packages are placed in discrete package, printed delivery, fake return address and invoices. Plain and very official looking.

1) Orders are shipped out three days a week.

2) ETA:
Within the US: Usually 3-5 Days. (Sometimes longer).
Within the UK: Usually 3-5 Days (Sometimes longer).
EU From UK: Usually 4-10 Days (Sometimes longer)
To AUS: Usually 9-25 Days (Sometimes longer, therefore we would very appreciate Finalizing Early from Aussies Customers). BTW, You are all great, never had a problem dealing with you guys. Thanks.
EU/International From US: 10-25 Days (Sometimes longer)

No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

Delivery Time basically depends on the postal service and your country's customs.

3) We require all buyers to use the following format for delivery addresses:

First name, Last name
Street Address, Apartment Number
City, Province/ State
Postal Code / Zip Code
Country

All buyers should type their addresses with Proper Capitalization. Please refrain from typing in 'ALL CAPS' and 'all small caps'.

Any problems or non-delivery because you made a mistake with the address will not be our fault.

NEVER USE A FAKE NAME / DELIVERY ADDRESS.

IMPORTANT: Please provide a real name and address. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable for lost or seized orders. We will not be liable in the event that you receive a notification letter and you cannot show identification for proof of package ownership because you used a bogus or someone else's shipping details.

It is your responsibility to ensure the address you gave us is correct.

4) We do our best to update the stock on the site every single day, however there may be exceptions in rare cases.
