We are greenworks. Our only focus is cannabis-related goods and we are passionate about it. We carry an assortment of hash and other goodies that are hand-crafted in small batches with care. We go out of our way to procure the most natural and when possible, organically-produced product. We'd like to bring to you some of our offerings through the best customer service and privacy possible. Custom orders are our specialty so message us if you'd like a combination of our products or quantities larger than those listed.

- We accept only bitcoin through SR.
- We require all orders shipped with the regular post option to be finalized (FE) before the order is shipped. There are no refunds or replacements if regular post is used (unless you can provide proof of letter of seizure from customs).
- Xpresspost does not require early finalization. If Xpresspost doesn't make it to your door, there will be a reship. Please invest in the Xpresspost option if you're more comfortable.
- All refunds and resolutions are at our discretion and dealt with on an individual basis through the resolution center.
- We have the right to cancel an order.
- PGP/encryption is highly recommended for sensitive info (i.e., address). Please don't use privnote, its unsafe and PGP is easy to learn.

Shipping:

- Items are shipped promptly and very discreetly via regular mail and Xpresspost is available on most items.
- Expect an average of 2-7 business days (1-5 business days for Xpresspost) in transit depending on location but can sometimes take longer, so please be patient.
-No signature is required for regular post or Xpresspost within Canada. Xpresspost USA requires a signature and if not signed for, will not be eligible for a replacement.
- Items are usually shipped in 6-12 hours and to minimize transit time, Friday & weekend orders may not go out until Monday.
- Please don't post details pertaining to our shipping methods.
- For security reasons, don't use fake names or anything other than the full name of the person who regularly receives mail at the address. Real names also ensure you are able to pick-up your package from the post office should a delivery notice be left.
- Please be sure you provide the correct shipping address with proper formatting and use of caps (see example below). Indicate any special requests or instructions along with your address during checkout regardless of whether we discussed in previous email or not.
