We ship to anywhere in the USA or UK (other countries see below)

We ship from OVERSEAS, we are NOT a domestic source. 99% of what we send passes customs, the other 1% is reshipped for free. (We now carry some products that are from the USA delivered to the USA, these are clearly never touched by US customs)

As we offer Full Escrow on most of our items, we must protect ourselves against buyers who will claim the goods did not arrive. This means that all packages will be signed for.

By default we use two classes of shipping, both require a signature, these are REGISTERED MAIL and EMS.

REGISTERED MAIL: takes on average 8-12 days, but can take as long as 21 days and we can not consider a package "lost' until 28 days after it was posted. If a package is lost we will happily resend it, we ask that customers work WITH us in these rare instances (1-2% of our orders), by extending the deadline with enough time for a reshipment.

EMS: is actually not that much faster than Registered, mainly because the post office system in the sending country is not well organized. We do not offer EMS as an Express service, it is just that some of our drugs can only be sent with EMS due to the supplier. EMS packages should be in hand within 2 weeks of ordering, if the package is not delivered 14 days after actual posting date, we will reship to you for free. We ask that customers work WITH us by extending the deadline in these rare instances.

We leave all medications in their original packaging/bottles (unless requested otherwise). We are happy to remove pills from bottles and Amps from boxes, but most people want everything the way it comes from the supplier, so we send it the way we get it normally. We package all orders discreetly. We do not hide products inside another thing, because our long term experience shows that

a) Only 1% of our orders are ever seized
b) Customs do not do anything more than send a letter for small pharma seizures.
c) We do not send to countries that use organic x-ray, so they will not find it with x-ray (USA/UK do not use Organic X-ray)
d) Dogs are not trained to sniff for our products, unlike many other products you might purchase here on SR, if i was selling Weed, Meth or Coke i would certainly have to do things differently, but i am not.

Finalize Early (FE) or FULL ESCROW?

If you have less than 5 purchases on SR, you must FE. There are a great deal of fraudsters looking to rip us off for our legit gear, we will not be party to that and so new buyers are subject to these terms.

If you have less than 5 purchases on SR, you must FE.
If you have spent less than $200 on SR, You must FE.
If you have more than 3% refunds, you must FE.
If you live in Hawaii or Alaska you must FE.
If you have purchased HGH, you need to FE. (see below)

If you FE and your package does not arrive, we WILL reship for free if it is seized (unlikely, around 1% of all orders). Everyone will know if it was or wasn't seized from the tracking.

If you have an extraordinary level of Auto-Finalize, we "might" ask you to FE, but we are also understanding that SR is sometimes down/difficult to reach, and so Auto-Finalize to us is not a "sin". If your Auto-Finalize is too high, you will hear from us. If you do not, then everything is A-OK!

If you have purchased HGH, you need to FE. This is because the cost to acquire the product is extremely high and the profits are not high. Simply put, we need the funds to acquire your stock. We do not keep HGH in stock, but it is available quickly. There are a few reasons why we do not keep HGH in stock,
a) We can get it quickly/easily
b) We want you to have the freshest stock
c) Long term storage of HGH should be in a refrigerator, and while my fridge is clean enough for food, it is not "sterile".
d) We do not sell HGH every week
e) We are not Donald Trump rich over here, HGH is expensive.

I "may" ask other people to FE, but this is completely up to us based on whatever we feel. Having said that, we genuinely want as many new customers to come and be able to have Full Escrow, the reason that we ask for FE, in most cases, is that we are protecting ourselves from Fraud. If we are besieged by scammers and fraud, it will drive prices up, we do not want to raise prices for good and honest customers to cover losses to scumbag thieves.

FEEDBACK

Anything other than 5/5 is considered to be NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
4/5 is like an 8/10 rating. 80% is not a good performance.

If you rate us anything other than 5/5 without contacting us first, you are damaging our business and you can expect to be banned from our store. If you have any problems what-so-ever, you should contact us. Leaving some trashy feedback before contacting us is rude. We work VERY hard to keep customers happy, and to maintain our good reputation here.

We ask that whenever possible customers will write long and meaningful feedback for others, without disclosing our location and without commenting on things that are beyond our control (like postal delivery times).
