BUYER AGREEMENT

When purchasing from me, you agree to all terms and conditions specified on the product listing pages and vendor profile. It is your responsibility to read the info posted on these pages, and follow the operating guidelines. Be sure to familiarize yourself with my operating schedule (Monday - Saturday), shipping times, refund/reship policies and feedback. My practices are fair and successful. If you have a problem with the terms or policies, do not purchase from me.

SCHEDULE

Orders are processed and messages are responded to once per day from Monday - Saturday . If anything comes up that affects my ability to maintain this schedule, I'll put a post at the top of the vendor profile. If you haven’t received a response to a message, check the top of the vendor page for any updates. I find this the easiest way to let buyers know what's up, rather than trying to track down various forum threads and post the updates there.

Read my FAQ below as it answers nearly all of the questions I receive regularly. If your question is not answered in the FAQ, please message me. PRICING

Prices are set in bitcoins and I use the hedged escrow service to protect against currency fluctuations. SR charges an approximate 4% fee for the use of hedged services. If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, you will not receive the same dollar amount back.

PURCHASING

Orders are processed and messages are responded to from Monday - Saturday. Delays will occasionally occur. If there is going to be a significant delay in processing your order, I will post the information at the top of my vendor profile.

Please ensure that you release funds once you have received your order. I work hard to ship orders in a timely manner and expect buyers to finalize promptly once they have received and verified their order.

SHIPPING

Orders will ship out within 2 business days and orders will be processed in the order that they are received.

Shipping times will be roughly as follows:

UK - Under a Week
EU - About a Week
USA, Australia - About 2 Weeks

Other countries shipping times should vary within these times depending on your distance from the UK. Bare in mind these are just estimates and delivery times will vary above and below these estimates.

RISK

I am not out to scam anyone, selectively or otherwise. Any PMs or forum posts stating/suggesting that i am scammer will result in your account being banned from purchasing from me in the future and your user name will be shared with the other vendors of the site so they do not have to deal with any of your potential allegations and to prevent you from trying to ruin the reputation of other vendors.

Do not delay in contacting me if you suspect a delivery problem. Waiting 6 weeks or more after placing your order and then contacting me to say your order never showed and that you want a refund is too long to wait. You had plenty of time to contact me about non-delivery, and 6 weeks or more is too long to wait.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only provided after 1 month has passed from the date your item was marked in transit. You MUST provide your transaction number in order to be able to receive a refund.

Refunds will not be given for items which have arrived at their intended destination.

Refunds are not given for any order that doesn’t arrive due to improperly given addresses.

You only qualify for a 50% refund if the item does not arrive and have evidence of this; such as a seizure notice. Although this is very very very unlikely (and has not happened thus far) due to the size and contents of the shipment.

I accept communications only through the SR message system. Communications preferably should be using PGP encryption, you can find my PGP public key at the bottom of this description.

FAQ

How do I place an order?
To place an order, select the listing you wish to purchase and add it to your cart.

In the details box, type in your address as it would appear on a letter. In the bottom box, type in your PIN and if you have enough Bitcoins available, you can click the place order button.

If you wish to encrypt the details, type your address info into your encryption application and encrypt the details with my key. If you have further information/questions, send me a Private Message on the main SR site. Copy the resulting text to the order box of the SR checkout.
I only accept address information via clear text or PGP.

Can you cancel my order?
Once your order has been sent and confirmed, there is no way for me to get your order back. If it has not yet been sent and it does get cancelled, you will lose a small amount of coin (<4%). This is because I use the hedged service to protect against bitcoin fluctuations.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is between the bitcoin equivalent of 10 and 22 USD depending on your location.

When will my order be sent?
All orders are processed, packaged, and sent out within 2 business days. I process orders in the sequence that they are received.

It’s been 12+ days, I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
Deliveries get delayed. If your order is close to auto-finalizing and you have yet to receive your order, please file in the Resolution Center and request an extension for 14 days. This will accommodate for my Resolution Policy time requirements.

I just got my order, what should I do?
Enjoy your product(s) and post feedback to the related product feedback thread. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please send me a Private Message describing the situation in detail and we will work towards a resolution. No resolution will be available if you change your Feedback BEFORE you message me. There is no need to message me to let me know you received your order. I can see your finalized transaction and the feedback you provide.

What are your shipping options?
I only ship via Royal Mail.

Do you send to Country X?
Yes, I ship worldwide. That includes your country.

Can you send my order using this special method I want just for myself?
No. I have spent time and money ordering from other vendors and investigating shipping methods. I know my method works, my orders are delivered.

Do I need to sign for deliveries?
No you will not have to sign for your delivery.

Why haven’t you responded to my message?
I sign in to SR once per day and respond to all messages and process all orders at that time. I will respond to your message as soon as I am able.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are available through either the Resolution Center or directly through a Bitcoin transfer to your User Name. All orders/refunds are subject to my Resolution Policy as stated in my Vendor Profile.

My order was cancelled and I didn’t get all my bitcoins back. Can you reimburse me?
No. I use the hedged service, and get charged a fee by SR for doing so. If your purchase is cancelled you will lose a little less than 4% of the transaction cost.
