PSA: Recently my rating dropped from 100% to 96%. This all happened because of one person giving me 1/5. ALL other buyers I have ever dealt with gave me a 5/5 rating! Refunds are only available to regular customers (>1000 EUR spent on my products) or SR veterans (>10000 EUR spent on SR). It is a harsh decision for me but especially with my stealth packaging that shouldn't be any problem. If it does get lost (which almost never happens), it's probably the postman who's rolling on your supply.
