If a order did not arrive then please PM me immediately.
Please be aware of the expected delivery dates (especially for overseas shipments) and allow enough time for the package to arrive before panicking as all too many times people panic, then receive it a day or two after and apologise!

If your package goes missing and you have a good transaction history with low refund rate then you will get 25 - 50% refund depending on the product as we have both lost out, weed is slightly lower as profit margin is tight on this. Members with between 5-10 transactions get a 25% refund.

Everyone else can get 0% depending on the situation I will use my discretion if you are suspected of being a scammer or are completely unreasonable to deal with you will get no love here
