• [13-04-13] We will be back very shortly with some security upgrades. We will no longer be offering overnight express delivery under any circumstances unfortunately. This was a bigger security risk than we originally thought, so from now on everything will be regular post. We can't wait to get back online :-)

There are NO customs in domestic Australian post, this means your items will NEVER be seized. If you do not receive your item, please contact me but be aware if you have less than 30 transactions, the most you will receive is a 30% refund and we will not post anything out to that suburb anymore. If you have more than 30 transactions and never a refund, you will have the choice of a 50% refund or a reship. However, we won't be posting to your suburb again.

The above rules might sound strict, but I have ordered and posted over 1000 things via Auspost and NEVER had a parcel go missing. It is much more likely somebody claims they didn't receive their item when they did, than it getting "lost in the mail".

Return customers will be handled on a much fairer case-by-case basis :-)

Please allow 24hrs for your item to be shipped. All orders are sent regular post, so you should receive your item within 1-5 business days (unless you live in very rural parts of Australia)

Please be patient, when your item is marked in transit, it means it has been placed in the post box. This means it is now out of our control and up to Auspost to deliver your item. If you haven't received your item in 7 business days then please contact me.

Your item will be concealed so there is no way of knowing what is in the package from the outside. Even if opened, it will not be immediately obvious as to what is in the package. All items are also vacuum sealed, even though this is unnecessary with domestic orders as there are no customs. We like to give our customers peace of mind, your security is our top priority :-)

Please do not discuss my stealth methods at all in the feedback, you can comment on the quality of stealth but don't go into details.

ie "Stealth was fantastic A++++" is fine. "Stealth is so good, he put it in a teddy bear!" is not ok.
