5/31 This has been by far our most high
volume sales week ever. Yes shipping is running a day or two behind as are my ability to get back to your pm's about why your package has not shipped as fast as we wished. We will no longer offer 1st class as a shipping choice with most orders. I feel I have to have dcn service otherwise there are to many 'lost' packages. With the postal systems new fees its sometimes more expensive to send tracked/dcn anyway. So now on most our listings 1st class will no longer be a choice. If you want first class contact me and we can arrange something. But packages without DCN don't get a reship if going awol.

Before leaving me a poor review get ahold of me. If there is a problem let me fix it, I want every customer to be happy with our dealings. I have had two complaints about 4-fa. I am not personally much of fan of this substance to begin with. The vast majority of people seemed to like it but I will no longer offer that labs 4-fa. But if your not happy please contact me I have got 3 reviews that where not 5's. One was totally my fault as I forgot to send someone an item we had talked about after he was not happy with. The other two no contract. I can and do bend over backwards to make you guys happy the only thing I ask in return is please give me a chance to make things right before giving me a poor review.
