I do retain DCNs (delivery confirmation numbers) to help settle any shipping disputes that may possibly arise. In my experience here, I can tell you that to date I have only had 1 package not arrive. DCN said "forwarded" I do not use my address so I obviously did not receive that package or my product back, which resulted in a 50% refund through the resolution center. I pay more than 50% of what you pay so in turn I got mega burned.

I do not furnish the DCN number to you unless there is a problem during shipping. All of your information is temporarily stored on a tripple encrypted "AES-Twofish-Serpent" drive. Your order information is completely destroyed as soon as all orders for the particular day that you placed your order are finalized, or any dispute is resolved.


Most packages arrive in a very prompt fashion. Packages can sometimes be delayed due to the shipping and handling process, again this is rare.
