May 9: so far everybody has been really kind and offered wonderful words of encouragement since being back from the hospital. However we are back and made sure first thing to get all delayed orders out asap and for the most part everybody finalized within 24 hours of receiving product. So we must ask that from now on all orders we need you to finalize within 24 hours of receiving product as we are really going to work hard and strive to be as fast as possible and in most cases have orders shipped within 24 hours upon receiving your order and 48 hours at the most. we have lowered prices on a few of our products and had a real good response to our nubain as we sold out fast and have new stock on the way. If their is a problem with an y order please private message us and we will fix it and we do not feel that you should hold our money for days after we have fulfilled our end of the bargain. May 4th: Let me apologize! Sunday at 4 am I thought I was having a heart attack. My wife rushed me to the ER and I was just released today. I had a bad gall bladder and it had inflamed my pancreas so that my levels that should have been at 40 were at over 4000. They had to bring them down some and the infection so I didn't have surgery until Tuesday. I still had a high count but it was coming down slowly. Also because the pancreatis was so severe they had to keep me for observation. I was in the hospital two weeks ago and sent home and apparently this was related. We are new to Silk Road but definitely not to the pharmaceutical business. With over 23 years in discreet medical sales, we have access to almost any medication made both here in the states and throughout various other countries.

We offer express shipping and handling for $25. Our express shipping is TRUE OVERNIGHT EXPRESS. If we receive your order by 1:00 PM EST, then your order ships that day. However, for some small towns USPS can only guarantee two day delivery even though we pay for overnight. This is rare but out of our control. You will be sent a receipt showing overnight was paid for. It is out of our control if USPS can't guarantee overnight, but we do make every effort to get your order to you asap in discreet, perfect packaging.

Additionally, we offer priority shipping and handling for $15. Same cutoff time. 1:00 PM EST. We only use USPS and signature is waived each time.

I would like to take me moment to explain our shipping rates. We realize that what we charge is slightly higher than the actual charge from USPS to ship the package. It is a very small surcharge which is known as "shipping and handling" or "shipping and processing" This is to help cover shipping supplies such as bubble wrap, duct tape ( you will not receive broken pills from us :-) !) , gas to drive to different towns for Post Offices, Westerns Unions, and our time to do so etc....
