6-6-13 - All orders have been sent up to this point (9:16am Eastern). All additional orders after this time, will go out on Friday.
Okay I have been talking with the post office and they apologized for the delay. I was told that the orders that were dropped off in the blue box sat there all week and just went out yesterday I believe. I had no idea about this or I would have went somewhere else to ship them. However, what is done is done, and they assured me that there has been a rush on these packages. I guess they lost some workers and there was no one to pick up the packages (it is a really small town). They told me that many of them should be delivered Friday and Saturday. Please everyone hold on a little longer, and I think all will be taken care of. The orders going out now should be delivered on time. Once your order is delivered, and if you paid for express, let me know at this time, and I will pay you back for some of the shipping cost. I always make things right in the end, and thank you everyone for sticking by me. Everything should be back to normal after this weekend. =) I will chip away at emails during the weekend.
6-5-13 - I have been honest throughout these past few weeks, and have literally worked myself to the point of extreme exhaustion. For 10 months I have been delivering packages quicker than most vendors, plus I did everything else to be the best Now I am going through a difficult time, but am still doing my best. Please don't leave me less than a 5/5 for taking a little longer to ship. Most of the delay is on USPS, and no one knows how hard I work for everyone on here.
If you are patient and respectful, I will make sure you are compensated for the wait eventually. However, If you leave less than 5/5, I will not be able to assist you further. This isn't Amazon, and we are dealing with illegal substances, so bs is going to happen sometimes. I gain nothing from taking longer to ship, because it only gets me further behind and I don't get paid until much later, It is a no win situation for everyone.
6-4-13 Update - For all Customers that are still waiting on packages from last week or beyond, I found the delay. I called the the 1 800 USPS # and was informed that the drop box we used was only emptied a few times out of that week.. I didn't want to make a big deal considering the nature of the items packaged, and that is all the info they claimed to have. Once your package arrives, you can confirm this info by calling the 1800usps # and giving the info. All packages going out this week should arrive like they use to. To be safe, please add 1 extra day for handling until my partner gets back, to get a more accurate idea of when it will get to you.
I am really sorry about this, and it is hurting me as well, because most of my $ is still in escrow. =( We are all in this together, so please keep in mind this was out of my hands, and we all have a mutual interest to have packages sent as quickly as possible. I had a feeling there was something wrong, since that was way too many to have been delayed. They will get there though, and Priority has been taking up to 10 business days.
Also, I never mark orders in transit before sending them out. Please hold tight and try to refrain from leaving bad feedback just yet. The day it was marked in transit is the day I shipped it. I'm working hard to keep on top of all the business, so at this time I just cant get to the messages like before. My helper is coming back within a few days so things will get better and back to normal. If your order will be auto finalizing soon, please feel free to take it to resolutions when its about 3 days away. I will then sort through them on a case by case basis. 5-30-13 Update - All Express orders were sent today. All others were dropped in the blue box, so they should get scanned tonight or tomorrow. I will get them all marked asap. I just want to double check them and make sure everything is 100% before I mark them in transit. However, any orders placed after 2pm Eastern (Friday), will go out the following Monday (Sat and Sun are closed in these parts.
SR Glitch on my end. I am waiting to hear from Customer Support, but until then I am having to spend more time to do less work. When I check messages, the site often times out before I read it. This wastes a lot of time, but I don't know how to get around it. This also causes me the messages to be marked as read, so please know I am not intentionally ignoring anyone.
The other problem is under my orders tab. It usually has a column for quantity of items ordered, however, my pc isn't showing the quantity. That means I have to click on every order 1 at a time, and then I must wait for it to load slowly on tor. On top of everything else, I am still working alone right now, so please be patient with me. I am working hard for everyone. I will catch up on emails over the weekend. You know what they say, when it rains it pours, but I am working non-stop to make sure everyone is taken care of tomorrow.
All orders placed before May 31st (1:00 a.m Eastern) will go out Friday 31st. I am sorry if anyone had their order canceled. Once your item is marked in transit, you know it has been shipped. Sometimes it is sent, but not marked in transit until the next day. All orders ship within 48 business hours 100% of the time, unless of course SR is down or we are shorthanded from an emergency; in these cases, we will update our vendor page asap. Wednesday is going to be our day for checking inventory, so ONLY EXPRESS SHIPPING ON WEDNESDAYS Any priority mail or first class packages will go out the very next business day (Thursday unless otherwise posted).. *EXPRESS* Weekend delivery is case by case when given 24 hr notice, so we can get the appropriate amount of stamps and put the package in the blue box. Only Express can be sent this way right now, and it still gets tracking, which I hold in case of disputes.
All buyers must agree not to leave less than 5/5 feedback, unless I fail to deliver the item. This will be proven with a dcn#. I am an honest guy who isn't perfect, but I am fair, and I always deliver quickly, discreetly, and accurately as described in our listings. My honest buyers would all back me up on this, and every time I have made a mistake, I have fixed it. However, I can not guarantee every person will get high with any certain drug, because everyone is different in terms to how we react to certain drugs. I describe items as accurately as I can, but ultimately they are just my opinions, so take them with a grain of salt, until the reviews come out for any certain item.
No refunds for quality or quantity issues, so order small to see if you like a product before jumping out on a limb with a big order. We will have proof confirming the amount of anything we send to help prevent scams. I try to list updates when the batch changes. The quality should always be good, but some are harder to please than others, so just sample it first to prevent problems.
IMPORTANT:
When you checkout, in the address box, type that you "agree to Fast Forward's terms". I am tired of my feedback being ruined by ruthless and unreasonable scammers. If you don't type that you agree to the terms, I will most likely cancel your order, and ask you to review my terms before reordering.

The only exception to leaving a 5/5, is if I can not prove shipment and delivery for the item of concern (this is determined by the dcn#). Too many people are attempting to blackmail me by threatening to ruin my fb in order to get more product or $. The quality is always good, so please don't order, if you are very picky and quick to leave negative feedback. I do my best, but can not promise every person will get as high as they want.
Ask questions if you expect something in particular. It is up to you, the buyer, to purchase the smallest sample I offer first before buying the bigger listings. This will help avoid any confrontations about quality issues, and ensure you know exactly what you are getting as batches are pretty consistent.
By purchasing anything from Fast Forward, you are agreeing that you will not try to get extra product or a refund for quality or quantity issues. I will fix any mistake made by us, but only if I agree that it is a valid claim.
My 99 was caused by a few customers who are using my feedback against me to blackmail me for product or money; I didn't give in and I unjustly got 1/5 for transactions I delivered as promised. SR even took my side on one of the cases, and I gave the guy back $50 on a $199 order and I was paid back with a 1/5 for not sending a whole new gram.
I have put my foot down, and my feedback has been blemished. However, everyone that has dealt with me, knows I tell the truth and take care of my customers every time. Just treat me with respect, and I will go out of my way to make every order perfect.
Blacklisted Buyers: Out of over 300+ orders the buyer below finally decided that I didn't deserve a 5. I guess he wanted 7 grams for the price of 3.5 and refuses to change the feedback....

If you are the type of person that will leave lower than a 5/5 without contacting me first, especially over something small or subjective, than do me a favor and NEVER ORDER FROM ME; IF YOU ARE IMPATIENT AND RUDE, DO NOT ORDER FROM ME.
There are plenty of respectful buyers that appreciate what I bring to SR, and I would rather serve them. I won't be scammed out of anymore product or btc. I am drawing the line with this buyer and all future ones. The rude buyers end up taking up too much time and cause more stress than they are worth. Shipping:
I am among the fastest vendors when it comes to shipping on SR. Most orders ship out the same day, or within 24-48 business hours at the latest (90% of the time within 24hrs). All orders are shipped professionally and discreetly. Stealth delivery methods will change all the time though, so check all mail carefully when you are expecting a package.
I offer Priority Mail (2-5 days), and under some circumstances Express (1-2 days)*. These are just estimated ranges, and shipping and handling time is not guaranteed. During holidays USPS tends to be slower. Please allow for an extra day or two when calculating estimated delivery time.
*USPS doesn't guarantee overnight shipping on orders using Express. However, it usually takes 1-2 business days to most places in the continental U.S.*

Finalizing Early:
Generally, NO FE for any customers, as long as you finalize promptly (24-48 hrs max). New customers may have to FE, if the listing mentions it. If you have any refunds or auto-finalize accounts I may also ask you to FE.
Please don't abuse the privilege to use escrow, and finalize as soon as you have inspected your product. This helps keep prices as low as possible, and inventory in stock.
Note: There are many fees that a vendor is faced with, and we put up shipping costs on top of product and other business expenses. Turning bitcoins to cash is a tedious and costly endeavor that takes time. After you add up all the business costs, fees, time, risk, and other miscellaneous expenses, the profit isn't as glamorous as one would expect for small vendors without helpers.

Refunds:
There shouldn't be any problems with receiving any package. All orders will weigh out and the quality will never be an issue. I ship all packages professionally and they always make it to their destination, when the recipients address is deliverable, correct, and safe. All orders come with a DCN, to prove that the package was sent in case of dispute.
Refunds will generally not be given, unless the DCN# shows the package was never sent, or that I was at fault somehow for the package not being delivered.
The buyer accepts all the risk after the package leaves my hands. I can't control USPS, but everything on my end will be right. I also copy and paste every address and check several times to make sure everything is accurate. Please double check your name and address and don't use fake or mis-spelled names. Privacy is taken seriously and all addresses deleted immediately and DCN#s destroyed asap. Any info pertaining to the business is encrypted and other security measures are used.
However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact me asap and describe the problem as accurately as you can, and we will try our best to find an acceptable solution.

Okay I have been talking with the post office and they apologized for the delay. I was told that the orders that were dropped off in the blue box sat there all week and just went out yesterday I believe. I had no idea about this or I would have went somewhere else to ship them. However, what is done is done, and they assured me that there has been a rush on these packages. I guess they lost some workers and there was no one to pick up the packages (it is a really small town). They told me that many of them should be delivered Friday and Saturday. 6-5-13 - I have been honest throughout these past few weeks, and have literally worked myself to the point of extreme exhaustion. For 10 months I have been delivering packages quicker than most vendors, plus I did everything else to be the best Now I am going through a difficult time, but am still doing my best. Once your package arrives, you can confirm this info by calling the 1800usps # and giving the info. All packages going out this week should arrive like they use to. SR Glitch on my end. I am waiting to hear from Customer Support, but until then I am having to spend more time to do less work. When I check messages, the site often times out before I read it. My honest buyers would all back me up on this, and every time I have made a mistake, I have fixed it. However, I can not guarantee every person will get high with any certain drug, because everyone is different in terms to how we react to certain drugs. I describe items as accurately as I can, but ultimately they are just my opinions, so take them with a grain of salt, until the reviews come out for any certain item.
No refunds for quality or quantity issues, so order small to see if you like a product before jumping out on a limb with a big order. We will have proof confirming the amount of anything we send to help prevent scams. I try to list updates when the batch changes. The quality should always be good, but some are harder to please than others, so just sample it first to prevent problems.

My 99 was caused by a few customers who are using my feedback against me to blackmail me for product or money; I didn't give in and I unjustly got 1/5 for transactions I delivered as promised. SR even took my side on one of the cases, and I gave the guy back $50 on a $199 order and I was paid back with a 1/5 for not sending a whole new gram.
I have put my foot down, and my feedback has been blemished. However, everyone that has dealt with me, knows I tell the truth and take care of my customers every time. Just treat me with respect, and I will go out of my way to make every order perfect.

Shipping:
I am among the fastest vendors when it comes to shipping on SR. Most orders ship out the same day, or within 24-48 business hours at the latest (90% of the time within 24hrs). All orders are shipped professionally and discreetly. Stealth delivery methods will change all the time though, so check all mail carefully when you are expecting a package.
I offer Priority Mail (2-5 days), and under some circumstances Express (1-2 days)*. These are just estimated ranges, and shipping and handling time is not guaranteed. During holidays USPS tends to be slower. Please allow for an extra day or two when calculating estimated delivery time.
*USPS doesn't guarantee overnight shipping on orders using Express. However, it usually takes 1-2 business days to most places in the continental U.S.*

Finalizing Early:
Generally, NO FE for any customers, as long as you finalize promptly (24-48 hrs max). New customers may have to FE, if the listing mentions it. If you have any refunds or auto-finalize accounts I may also ask you to FE.
Please don't abuse the privilege to use escrow, and finalize as soon as you have inspected your product. This helps keep prices as low as possible, and inventory in stock.
Note: There are many fees that a vendor is faced with, and we put up shipping costs on top of product and other business expenses. Turning bitcoins to cash is a tedious and costly endeavor that takes time. After you add up all the business costs, fees, time, risk, and other miscellaneous expenses, the profit isn't as glamorous as one would expect for small vendors without helpers.

Refunds:
There shouldn't be any problems with receiving any package. All orders will weigh out and the quality will never be an issue. I ship all packages professionally and they always make it to their destination, when the recipients address is deliverable, correct, and safe. All orders come with a DCN, to prove that the package was sent in case of dispute.
Refunds will generally not be given, unless the DCN# shows the package was never sent, or that I was at fault somehow for the package not being delivered.
The buyer accepts all the risk after the package leaves my hands. I can't control USPS, but everything on my end will be right. I also copy and paste every address and check several times to make sure everything is accurate. Please double check your name and address and don't use fake or mis-spelled names. Privacy is taken seriously and all addresses deleted immediately and DCN#s destroyed asap. Any info pertaining to the business is encrypted and other security measures are used.
However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact me asap and describe the problem as accurately as you can, and we will try our best to find an acceptable solution.
