• Orders placed with us with our best efforts will be sent out the next day of the order being placed unless you place it early then it will more than likely be sent same day.
• We have a cut off time of around 12PM midday.
• If you place an order for next day delivery on a Fri please be aware that you need to select next day UK Sat delivery option when placing the order and that it has to be placed in the morning.
• Please do not reveal any details on the packaging when you leave feedback. Thank you.
• We do offer refunds however they follow these terms:

• No refunds for customers with less than 10 orders or purchase value of less than $250

• If you have a no show on a package from us you get the choice of a single time refund of between 40% -100% depending on the value of the package, customer loyalty and buyer location.

• Or we will offer a re-send instead of a refund on one condition that the order is tracked so that we ourselves can confirm that the package is getting lost.

• We will not only track the package at our cost but you will be sent 100% of your order again on a value of up to $150

• If you genuinely believe the worst that your address has been compromised we will send a fake package containing nothing prohibited sealed to the point where it would be impossible to see the contents without irreversibly compromising the seal. This however will require a small charge just to cover the cost of tracking.

• If you make more than one order and want the orders to stay separate or go to different address's then you need to put the instructive details in the address box of both or at least the first order you place.

• Please do not FE! It is unnecessary and causes nothing but problems. Why would you want to give up your protection! We will never ask or require you to FE we will simply restrict the sale of large orders to customers who we feel have a solid purchase history. We understand that people get excited and want to make sure the vendor is really happy and that their product gets to them sharpish but all you are doing is stopping us to see the packages progress and opening a world of sadness in the event of something happening. We are proud that we can ship a person’s order any size and that the customer feels completely safe when making their order that if the worst should happen then the money is safe in a third parties hands to arrange a fair resolution. I don’t know about you but we wouldn’t expect any less if we were making purchases on SR

• We strictly believe in only marking an order in transit the moment it has been dropped off at the post office. Sometimes this means that if we are busy through the day we will get your packages posted in the morning and may not be able to update them to finalized until we return to the shipping warehouse. So if you feel its getting a bit late in the day and your package still hasn’t been marked in transit please don’t message until the following day. I can assure you if for some reason your package was not sent on that day it was for reasons out of our control and no message is going to change that. If it can be shipped it will be shipped!

• Sometimes we will unexpectedly run empty on a product. If we cant source more of this product we will stealth the listing as soon as possible to stop people ordering and then being told we are out. We will sometimes not get this in time for everyone so if we have to cancel your order because of this we are deeply sorry. Other than that if it requires us having to source more of the product then your order may be delayed a short time(anything longer than a short time then we would contact you and see if you would like to cancel or wait) You can message us as soon as it has been the day after next of your order being made and we will inform you of the current situation and what you would like to do.

Hey everyone we are Techno Hippy and we have been a vendor on SR for 6 weeks now! (As of 18/05/2013) We feel we have come a long way in this time and have learnt allot!
We have been constantly evolving right from the start and have taken every possible means to continuingly improve our service.
Our number one priority is customer satisfaction. We prefer our customers leave feeling they have received a top service and return. We love to see repeat customers and we already have a steady flow of regulars building up .
We want to do our best to fit in here and like to work with other vendors on improving our services and looking out for each other.
Can I also say a big thank you to the vendors and customers that have contacted us and helped us out during our start up here on SR.
We have been an established seller offline for a number of years and have many contacts for many products.
We always believed that this way of selling was the way forward, moving away from street corner deals. Thank you SR for providing this service!
