We are here to provide the SR Community with the highest quality products we can get our hands on and at the same time provide our customers with fast, friendly and professional service. We will never ask you to FE except under certain circumstances which can be found in our Finalization Policy below.

ORDERING POLICY:
Although most listings are open to all community members, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON!! Some listing will require a buyer to have certain stats before purchasing. We do this to keep down on scamming. Low scamming = Low prices!!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING POLICY:
We accept international orders by special request only. Each request will be reviewed and accepted or denied based on certain risk factors of shipping to your country. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE FE!! Please PM us if you would like to make an order.

SHIPPING POLICY:
ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BEING MARKED IN TRANSIT. EXPRESS ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED FIRST!!! We ship to the address you give us!!! The addresses are copied and pasted directly from our browser or GPG to our label software. If you give us the wrong address its not our fault and we WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND!!! All orders are shipped PRIORITY so ALL ORDERS ARE TRACKED. We keep DCN for our records, but it can be requested 5 days AFTER order has been marked in Transit. Bulk listings will require Express/Overnight Shipping unless you FE for which you will be given FREE Priority Shipping. Express Shipping has the option of being sent with or without a signature requirement. There are risks and advantages to both. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS IF TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED. ALL EXPRESS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE 4pm EST FOR FASTEST PROCESS AND SHIPPING TIMES!!!

WE ARE AWARE OF THE NEW USPS TRACKING. UNLIKE OTHER VENDORS WE STILL TRACK ALL PACKAGES. WE HAVE WAYS OF STILL ACQUIRING TRACKING ANONYMOUSLY AND SAFELY.

FINALIZATION POLICY:
YOU MUST FINALIZE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BEING DELIVERED. If for some bizarre reason you will not be able to finalize within 24Hrs, please let us know ahead of time to avoid being reported to admin.THE MOVEMENT WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO FE FOR ANY REASON. FE IS ALWAYS A CHOICE TO BE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER. We do however sometimes offer incentives to those that wish to FE. Check listings for details.

***EXCECPTIONS FOR FE***
If you have never purchased on SR and this is ALSO your first purchase with us, we may ask you to FE depending on the quantity ordered. A large order from a brand new buyer is a high risk transaction. If you are in this category we ask that you make your first purchase 3 grams or less to avoid potentially being asked to FE. After a successful transaction we will not ask you to FE again.

REFUND POLICY:
Here at The Movement we take pride in being professional. All orders are systematically processed to ensure complete accuracy. We are human though, and every now and then mistakes get made. We only offer full refunds or one re-ship if there was a mistake on our part. If it is the fault of USPS then we only offer 50% refund. Sending illegal items through the mail is always a risk for both sender and receiver. We cannot control what happens once package is shipped so we feel it is only fair that both customer and vendor both split the loss.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We are almost always online. Messages and inquiries will always get a timely response. usually within 12 hours or less.
