I had to re-check that its still there and yes it it is.
I do not know why you get that age-old message and quite frankly i was suprised to see support available when i logged today.
But for me atlest its there and first thing i did was message them and got quick response in our communication.
Thats a step forward in my books atlest.
Maybe someone wanna chime in and confirm/deny this?

I acknowledge that you are not able to contact customer support for whatever reason and it raises some questions, whitch im in no position to answer.
Here's where a mod should chime in and give us somesorta explanation, when available ofc.

For what it's worth, all im doing here is relying info on what i get when i log onto SR.
Everyone can take this for what its worth, me personaly, im seeing this as a step forward towards the right direction.
Yes, i do know that support been down for +1 month and it has not been nice to login and get that stupid msg of 24hs errytime. (Long ass 24h if you ask me) Buyer/Vendor no matter whom you are this still is improvement no denying that.

Maybe, just maybe, logout/login will bring this new update viewable to you?

Logged on today to find my purchase history restored and was finally able to finalize an order from early February. Support is in place which is fantastic news for those who have unresolved issues...not me thankfully.
I have had repayments as well and placed orders with the coin to do my bit to help others get their balances restored. It has made my day knowing that my vendor has been paid funds from escrow for an order I placed.

It's not as great as one might have thought, I put in a ticket then got a reply, Not what I was expecting, It's as if they're blaming me for staying in Escrow :/

I'm having problems sorting out the order which remains in Escrow. I believe 'Herby's' account has been flagged as a scammer, I can't press 'Dispute' either without the message 'The new support interface will be launched within the next 24 hours. We are relaunching in phases.' I've tried numerous times to close Tor, Log in and out etc...

Could you please cancel the Escrow so the funds come back to me please? Would really appreciate it if you could sort this for me as the funds would be useful at the moment

Well I don't see how that would make a difference :s I stayed in Escrow, The site was hacked, Escrow was stolen. That's more on the lines of your fault :/ I don't see how he would have withdrawn the Escrow funds when I never once finalised..... can you please cancel the Escrow so the balance comes back to me please.

I stayed in Escrow as we were always told to, I did so, really I should be able to gain a refund, well I would've hoped. I honestly don't see how this is my fault.

Support on the market has always been handled by Admin/s only, in this case, Defcon. Mods don't have access to assist with anything related to the SR site itself except to perhaps message Defcon and receive priority over other messages. Mods can moderate the forum by deleting spam or shill accounts causing problems and by removing certain information from posts which isn't allowed but that's about it, hence the delays in having problems on the SR 2.0 site addressed. Lets hope that something will change soon and customer support improves moving forward, amongst other things.

Update your tor browser bundle 3.5.3 is out now. This might remedy the problem

I think, if its within the budget, we should have at least one mod and enough support to handle their duties 24/7/365.25
online at any given time. That would move to show you care.

You're able to submit support tickets but not currently able to dispute transactions from when escrow was still enabled.

About 3 days ago i got a phishing message about the 1000$ bond wavier for the marketplace.... needless to say they got me
they stole 650 from my blockchain and 1500 from my sr account luckily that was just my profit and i had all my customers orders taken care of 

but i still cant log into my account i have put up a support ticket on the SR home site is there anyway that we can speed this up
i need a account reset so i can log back in ive tried all my passwords old and new.... im willing to provide any information needed to be able to get my account back....

i know yall have alot on yall plate and thank you for doing an amazing job with all balance repayments from the hak i have personally recieved funds back to my buyer
account so thanks!!!

Support has already given me several responses on ongoing issues with my account. This is a HUGE step in the right direction. All the staff and mods get my sincere gratitude. I'm looking forward to what comes next.
