I am WickedWords (some of you may remember me as 'incubusdriver' from the old forums).

I'm a professional sales & marketing writer (copywriter) by trade. On the old marketplace, I offered a profile & product listing rewrite service - a service that helped vendors sound great and sell more, whilst taking care of their brand identity.

In advance of the new marketplace launching, I am applying a 20% discount to my Vendor Profile Rewrite listing. This will be available to any vendor placing their interest before the new marketplace opens, either on this thread or as a PM (many of my old road clients were premium vendors who didn't want to disclose that they had received help from a 3rd party - that's understandable).

Vendor Profile Rewrites were selling (like hotcakes) for 0.5btc on the old marketplace. That takes the advance order price to just 0.4.

If you mean do I offer a Product Listing writing service, yes I do - standard price is 0.3 each, but pre-ordering 4 or more knocks it down to 0.25 each.

For me it was a great way to learn something about the vendor. The way he writes his profile and the points he mentions tells you a lot how he is working and about his priorities (e.g. security, service...)

Interesting point, but ultimately I have no control over what they decide to use as their content.

Sure, I could add that in... but they could just as easily take it out.

I only work with the information I'm given though, so anything profiles etc say will, in effect, be written by the vendor themselves - just made to sound more attractive by me. If they don't mention their stealth and shipping information, it doesn't get included. That way, the information you read still comes from the seller, it just goes through me first.

If you're worried about a vendor though, you can always PM them with questions and see how they respond - a good indicator of professionalism and/or character.
