Someone at Bitcointalk traced a wallet that Altoid (AKA DPR) posted on the forum at some point to a wallet containing 111,114.6 coins. The wallet was started in July of 2011, and has had only deposits, no withdrawls. The last deposit made to it was September 10 2013. The likely hood of this being his I'd say is pretty good if you ask me. The ammount would actually make sense when you consider that the feds say he made aprox 600,000 coins in commission, and for over half the life of SR, the value of BTC was under $30, and when you factor in running costs, it starts to make sense.
My guess is that the feds do not have his encrypted wallet, but an encrypted partition or folder that they assume the wallet info is in. My bet is that it is a cold stoeage wallet.

Edit: Well well, what do ya know, this wallet actually has ties to the Seized coins wallet. Click the link and scroll down, the first wallet on this page is linked to the seized coins.
