Title: How to cashout BTC (Vendor's help?)

I have 5k per week to cashout I just don't see a reasonable smart way to do it?

Paid you 150BTC over 3 weeks ago and you gave me a little info pamphlet about something I already knew but you did give me a source which I don't mind paying for... except he never responded via email so I don't feel this was legit and you ignore my messages or I have to hound you down to get a simple reply...

Please fix this issue in communication or at least provide support but I would feel more comfortable with a refund as this method has not worked from step 1 and you haven't provided any support.

I haven't been that quick coms-wise lately because I have been dealing with deliveries and IRL issues. I will be getting in touch with you either tonight or tomorrow.
