If anyone in the UK buys there bitcoins from somewhere other than intersango can you let me know please . There must be another way?

Vladm1r has an option for cash in the post and adds a small commission for it. Also, MtGox?
Definately thinkin of vladimir as an option just looking down all possible routes..
Will Mtgox be able to tell where and what im spending my bitcoins on ? (e.g Silk Road)
If not why shouldn't i use them?

I use MTGOX all you have to do is deposit you cash at any Barclays banks. The only concern i have is using your own ip address but you can get around this by going into a pub with free WIFI and setting up your email account and Mtgox account. But you have to remember to go back to the pub to convert the cash to bitcoins.

Sounds like ori is in the same boat as me. Intersango have got 200 of my hard earned and I can not do a fuckng thing about it, so I am looking for other avenues. The good thing about them was I could transfer in the morning and have it in my account in the afternoon but this latest shit is putting me right off. I can only afford to stock up every couple of weeks and when I have the spare cash I want to see "in transit" but if Vlad can get it in my sr account in the time of first class post I might give him a try.

When iv done it in the past i pay the money into Barcleys at (lets say 2pm) it's in my account around 1am the next morning. Cant complain about that.
My only worry about the other option is sending cash through the post, whats your opinion on this boys?

How do you mean barclays, how can barclays get me bitcoins if you could go into more detail please? I bank with the swetty socks.

So u just do a direct bank transfer straight to mtgox from your bank :o

Use vldad, he is proper, I know you probably think that sending cash through the post is absolutely ridiculous and so un-safe, but vldad is a businessman and trustworthy also if you change a lot he looks after you on the rate.

So what? As long as you put the Bitcoins that Mt. Gox give you through a tumbler then they can't be traced and you're fine.
The best way is to use Vlad1m1r though, I can't tell you guys enough how professional, courteous and most importantly fast he is. Not to mention completely anonymous.

Sorry mate what you need to do is go on to MTGOX site register and it will give you there account details,(PS you dont need the IBAN number or the BIC number) then you go into any Barclays bank with those details (make sure you have the ref number) fill in a paying in slip with those details and hand over the cash. Bobs your uncle. (Ps don't know if it makes any difference but i was told you need to tell them to put the ref number in capitals)
Then the next day your cash should be in. You then exchange your cash to bitcoins on MTXGOX

do not under any circumstances go to any barclays bank with cash and try and deposit it into MT Gox account
if you read the mt gox site they no longer guarantee that your cash will reach your account,they basically are saying no cash deposits anymore
the safest and most anonymous way to obtain coins is cash in the post,check out vladamir on SR,he offers this totally anonymous service for a fee
again DO NOT USE BARCLAYS FOR CASH DEPOSITS

Is anyone holding out any hope of Intersango coming back online after the 30th? If they do start trading again maybe it wont be as safe to use them as they are under investigation...
