What isvthe fastest way to turn SR btcs into cash?
The fastest way probably would be to sell them at an exchange like MtGox and withdraw them to your bank account (via Dwolla if you're in the US). However from working in Finance I can tell you that this is something that can raise red flags - in the US it's around USD 10,000 - here in the UK we have a more involved system for red flagging suspicious activity.
Several vendors on SR will buy your BTC in exchange for cash in the mail (myself included!) I think this is probably one of the safest ways but needless to say you should tumble your coins before doing so and actually make the purchase from a separate account so there's less likelihood of your name and address being linked to your vendor account.
