Title: Login or Perhaps Account Creation Problem

Hey fellas,

I tried searching this, but could find nothing.

I am worried I'm just being thick, but I have tried all things I can think of.

When I create an account, I click create and it returns me to the login page, but upon typing in my login details, the page just refreshes and it's the login page again. Can anyone clue me into what I am doing wrong?

You may not have cookies enabled. It doesn't asay anything about writing in the wrong captcha, does it?

Looks like that was the problem. Thanks mate.

Just out of interest, I thought I remembered reading cookies were a security risk with TOR? Is my brain making that up or what's the go?

Hi Rainmou,

I'm no expert but I think certain types of cookies can be used to "fingerprint" your browsing activity - this said, I only think this would be a problem if your machine where the Tor browser is installed where seized and forensically examined as in theory cookies are erased when you close it each time. To be on the safe side I'd suggest you install your Tor Browser and GPG software if you have it on an encrypted partition or USB stick using Truecrypt. If you need any help with this, please feel free to send me a message.
