Your best bet is Intersango mate. The fee is VERY low, just deposit X amount in to their account, normally if you deposit early enough 9-11am, you should have the money credited to your account that day.

Then just put a bid of how much your willing to pay per BTC, I normally go between the buyers asking price and the sellers asking price. If you're willing to pay what the sellers are asking for then you get instant BTC.
