There are a few vendors who do this on eBay but it's extremely risky as your identity can be linked to your BTC wallet. If you live in the UK/Europe feel free to send me a message ; I sell Bitcoins to people for cash. Otherwise if you're in the US I suggest you contact BlueSkyTraders who can get you BTC very fast in exchange for Moneypaks.

I think in general BTC sellers avoid paypal becauase it is too easy for the buyer to contact paypal, file a dispute to say they dis bit get their BTC and paypal will almost always suse with the buyer, giving them a full refund. As BTC are considered electronic goods there is almost no way for a seller to protect themselves from this type of fraud.

Too risky from a vendors perspective.

But there are a few vendors who are offering to get BTC in exchange for WU and other methods. Some balls!

Not really, there's nothing illegal or dodgy about buying and selling bitcoins.

No, I mean aren't they afraid of being connected to teh transaction by way of WU? Yes, I know it's legal, but in this atmosphere in this country, you can't leave any *turns unstoned*.
