This is incredibly vague and unclear.
Assuming you want people to engage with your business idea, you've provided hardly any information.
You'd think that when detailing a system of bitcoin sale, you would mention something as important as THE ACTUAL PRICE. Or are you saying that you will simply track mtgox prices?
Also you should elaborate on how this Sepa system works. Otherwise it just seems like a scam.
And you didn't mention if this is going to take place over SR or not..

Are you selling them at a substantially lower price compared to mtgox or bitstamp? The latter is quite reputable and allows you to purchase bitcoins with .5% commission, and free sepa transactions in.

I hate to sound harsh but I really do think if you want to offer this service you should pay for a seller account like other BTC traders - the 30BTC assures everyone that you're less likely to run off with their money.
Also if you'll forgive me, it seems to me this "review" post is written by the same person who wrote the original post. The same formatting of text, and worrying use of exclamation marks... also your respective user accounts seem to have been created around the same time.
Also, using bank transfer to buy your BTC is potentially traceable. If you live in Europe and you want to buy Bitcoins for cash I am always happy to accept Euros - please see my link below for more details.
