I've never encountered a culture more embedded in disrespect and arrogance. So allergic to philanthropy and kindness. I've never seen a more hypocritical society. So intellectually dishonest. So uninviting. So mean spirited and ruthless towards those that just want to learn. So tolerant of fraud. So innovative, yet socially isolated. So secretive of effective techniques. So impolite and impatient.
Why does SANS charge $5k for a quick lesson on just one subtopic on computer security? Because so few who have this knowledge are truly trying to make the world a better place. I hate this culture. I hate the arrogance. I hate the mindless threats. I hate the insults. I hate how the tutorials fail on step 2. I hate how journalists are chastized for breaking a story on SR. I hate how everyone is a rockstar who has no time for photographs or autographs or interviews.

^Seriously. There is no way this is anything but satire.
Every forum on the internet eventually becomes like this. To be more clear, every forum on the internet dealing in "underworld" illegal shit eventually becomes exactly like this. Most people need to have an incentive to produce quality stuff that other people want to buy. If someone is actually selling computer security lessons for $5K, then they are either very, very good lessons from someone with a verifiable reputation or else it's an obvious scam that only an idiot would fall for.
Also rock stars? WTF?? How can you be an an anonymous rock star? Why would anyone want journalists here writing sensationalist bullshit about something many of us rely on to provide us with medicine that we can't get anywhere else. No, not everyone is using SR to get recreationally "high", and no one is dumb enough to share "effective techniques" used to hide things from LE on an anonymous forum with open registration.
But yeah, this was fun. If you are serious, then you expect way too much from humanity. I give you a C+ on your poem/suicide note though.

I have to say my experience of this forum has been the polar opposite. In the 12 years or so I've been on the Information Superhighway I don't think I've ever encountered a more welcoming community of people who are kind to newer users.
I strongly disagree that we're secretive regarding effective techniques - occasionally we do ask people to search the forum for their answers rather than have to answer again but there is a wealth of information available to people who are starting out on how to protect themselves - I've even just written a guide myself on how to keep your Bitcoin wallet entirely on a USB stick!
I really can't think of any examples of what you are talking about. Every question I have asked has been answered fully and willingly.

Sorry you didnt have a better learning experience from us on security, but you have to realize you probably shouldnt announced you were a lawyer. Most everyone on the planet has been swindled by lawyers.
How about just telling us what your problem is, its having to do with step 2 correct?
You need help navigating to the correct file/folder?
Actually there is definitely space here on the forums for a rogue lawyer to give advice, it'd probably be much appreciated.

I agree. As a new user, this can be overwhelming. BTC, FE, PGP, OP, etc. I still don't know what OP is. I don't know what I don't know, either. So this guy pissed someone off and is now venting. You have to admit, it is entertaining.

An OP is the original poster i.e the person who started the thread.
BTC is just an abbreviation of Bitcoin(s).
FE refers to Early Finalisation (or 'Finalization' if you're American) whereby a buyer releases their Bitcoins from Escrow when placing an order before receiving an item.
PGP stands for Pretty Good Privacy, a program which uses a process called Public Key Cryptography to help people exchange messages without fear of them being read by a third party. GPG amounts to the same thing for our purposes, it's simply a free implementation of PGP.
