I'm very disorganized to say the least (it takes skill to function in more than one dimension, lol) ... i joined a bitcoin exchange, but i didn't copy my btc address - i have done one transaction on SR, and also sent btc to the wrong address on another order.... doh! I' want to buy more btc but how do i find my btc address or is it my silk road address? i'm confused, can any kind soul please explain how i locate my btc address, thx in advance

log into SR and click on 'account" in the upper right. Your BTC address is listed there near the top of the page.

Hmm, it looks like the address on your account is 1CpWG2w9XzNgwfLtdVCNGck3umHmq5TTKh
So when you're ready to send money to the Silk Road, you just copy and paste that code to transfer your BTC. :D

Yeah, once you copy that, it's always good, even if it changes: old addys still get there...
I like to have a little folder stashed somewhere in the 'cloud' with my other goodies, like my instawallet url and *their* bitcoin address too. It's good to have an online address where you can get your valued stuff no matter where you log in from....I just keep a little Tails Flash Drive handy on my keychain, and then I have my 'cloud' address and passphrase memorized...and from there I can go ... some use dropbox or better yet, some of their various imitators, with more security and especially out of me own country, like swissdisk,com or set up a lastpass accnt....but mainly, I know I can't memorize this shit worth a damn, but Tails keeps me honest, and I try to do my part to have my shit easily accessible, so I don't get tempted to just use TOR from my desktop, like an idiot...
