(I'm in the U.S, if it matters....)To be fair if you are buying BTC I'm not really that up on whom to use because I've actually never bought BTC before in my life (I was given the ones to get my account), my area is getting rid of them incognito. I would just use MT Gox though and if I am gunna be frank I think buyers greatly overestimate how much danger they are in when just buying BTC for personal amounts of drugs. Gox and the law are looking for big transactions, they couldn't give a fuck about those buying the odd gram of whatever their tipple is. I'm not saying people shouldn't be cautious, just be realistic. This is all well and fine until you're caught receiving odd gram in the post and try to plead in court that you had absolutely no idea what was in the package when you signed for it - if the Prosecution can prove that you bought the No. 1 currency for buying drugs via your bank account then it might undermine your defence slightly! Sad to say in the UK the possibility of your defence being scrutinised in this way before you arrive in court is becoming increasingly likely as you're required to submit a "defence statement" before appearing in court so that they can go over any defence you might present, most unsporting in my opinion. The only safe methods for obtaining Bitcoins is either buying them with cash or selling goods/services in exchange for them. Of course if someone donates them to you as Lim's associate did, so much the better - sounds like you have a generous friend Lim, can I have his e-mail? :-)If you absolutely insist on using bank deposit I would suggest you do so via BitInstant using cash if you're in the US and run your coins through Bitcoinfog - cash deposits are still traceable in that banks have security cameras but it would require closer monitoring of your activities and LE may not have the energy to do this for small time buyers - nevertheless my completed unbiased opinion as a Bitcoin trader who deals exclusively in cash is that you should play it safe :-DV.
